These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WhozNext mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by WHOZ NEXT LTD ("WhozNext", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.

3. Platform role

WhozNext provides a marketplace platform connecting customers and barbers. We do not provide barbering services ourselves. Service fulfillment, appointment attendance, and service quality are the responsibility of the relevant barber and customer parties.

4. Customer bookings

• Booking availability, pricing, and service details are provided by barbers through the platform.
• Booking status changes (pending, confirmed, in progress, completed, cancelled) are platform events.
• Customers should review booking details carefully before confirming appointments.

5. Barber listings and responsibilities

• Barbers are responsible for accurate shop details, schedules, services, and media uploads.
• Barbers must comply with applicable laws, licensing obligations, and professional standards.
• Barbers are responsible for honoring customer bookings accepted through the platform.

6. Barber subscription terms (web checkout)

• Barber subscription purchase and renewal are processed via the WhozNext web portal using Stripe.
• The current barber subscription plan is monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Subscription status is synced to your account and may control barber access to listing and management features in the mobile app.
• Billing support queries should be sent to [email protected].
• Unless stated otherwise by mandatory law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

7. User content and conduct

You may submit content such as profile media, chat messages, and reviews. You agree that you will not:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, or infringing content.
• Send spam, scams, or misleading communications.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of Services.
• Use Services in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action where we reasonably consider behavior to breach these Terms.

8. Notifications and communications

By using the app, you acknowledge that operational notifications (for bookings, messages, and service events) may be sent through device push services where permissions are granted.

9. Intellectual property

WhozNext and related branding, software, and content are owned by WHOZ NEXT LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose under these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time for operational, security, or legal reasons.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is breach of these Terms, legal risk, fraud risk, abuse, or operational necessity. You may stop using Services at any time and request account deletion in-app.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under law (including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, WHOZ NEXT LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Services.
